Ladau is an internationally known disability rights activist, writer, storyteller, and digital communications consultant. At age 10, she appeared on Sesame Street to help educate children about life with a physical disability. Ladau co-hosts The Accessible Stall Podcast, and she wrote the book, Demystifying Disability: What to Know, What to Say, and How to be an Ally, which was named one of the best books of 2021 by NPR. Her writing has been published in the New York Times and CNN, and she has spoken before audiences ranging from the U.S. Dept. of Education to the United Nations. In 2022, the Jewish Federations of North America and the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism honored her with their Disability Advocate of the Year Award.

Featured guest moderator: Marilyn Morrison

Morrison is the immediate past president of the Mid-Atlantic Women of Reform Judaism. She is also a skilled professional who assists people with disabilities interested in working and utilizing their Social Security benefits to reach employment goals.
