The Beth El Media Center is comprised primarily of the Dimond Library and The Arnold Fink Lifelong Learning Center. In the Dimond Libary you will find nonfiction and fiction, as well as the children's collection. The Arnold Fink Lifelong Learning Center includes a reference collection, genealogy collection, and seminar room (with multimedia and internet access). For additional information about The Media Center please send an email to [email protected].

The Media Center contains more than 2,000 books, DVDs, and videotapes.

The Beth El library catalog is available online through "Library Search," an online library resource. If you are looking for a specific title, or researching a topic, search the Beth El online catalog to determine if that title is part of the Beth El collection.

Gale Virtual Reference Library

For online research, Temple members may access the "Encyclopedia Judaica" at the Gale Virtual Reference Library. Click here to go to the Gale Virtual Reference Library. For password, contact the Temple office.

The "Encyclopedia Judaica" provides an exhaustive and organized overview of Jewish life and knowledge from the Second Temple period to the contemporary State of Israel, from Rabbinic to modern Yiddish literature, from Kabbalah to "Americana" and from Zionism to the contribution of Jews to world cultures, Encyclopaedia Judaica, 2nd edition is important to scholars, general readers and students.
