Non-Member Facility Rental Request

Thank you for your interest in holding your event at Beth El Hebrew Congregation. If you have not yet confirmed room availability for your event date/s please contact the office office@bethelhebrew.orgprior to completing this form.  Room reservation can not be guaranteed without advanced confirmation of availability.  Deposit must be submitted with this form to reserve the room.

Event must concluded by 12:00am (Midnight)
In addition to your deposit you will be required to submit the facility use agreement and a refundable damage deposit of $1,500 cash or certified check will be required one month prior to event.
Setup Design (select one)

Tables will be placed together with no space in the middle creating one large table. 

This set up automatically includes a podium.
