Registration happens through your ShulCloud Account (details below) and helps us prepare for the upcoming school year. The earlier you hold your spot, the better! As an incentive to complete this process early, the RSY has created tiered registration fees. Register by June 15 for the greatest savings! In addition, we have been able to hold tuition and fees steady from last year, but only if you register before August 1st. Afterwards, all fees will increase.

A close-to-final-draft of the school calendar can be found here. Printed copies will be available on the first Sunday of school, September 27th, 2026.
In order to register, your family must be in good standing as a member for the 26-27 Member Year and have completed your Partnership Renewal. Students whose families do not meet both requirements will be dropped from the school roster.
Religious School Hours:
To register, please log into your member account. You will need:
1. Your username is the email address.
2. ShulCloud Password (If you do not remember your password for ShulCloud please click forgot password on the login screen. If you continue to experience trouble logging in, please contact the Beth El Office, , to reset your password.)

If you are a Beth El member and your child is a new to the Religious School, welcome! When you launch the school enrollment, you should see your child(ren) and be able to select their grade and follow the directions above.
If your child is a new Beth El Religious School Student and you do not see them listed on the registration screen, please reach out to Dina Backer in the Religious School Office at with this information:

Once you have either billed to your account or paid, click continue. You will be directed to a page stating you have completed enrollment for your family and an administrator will review your application and confirm your enrollment. You will receive a follow-up email confirming receipt of your Religious School enrollment application.
