The High Holidays is traditionally a time that congregations ask their members for contributions.  Membership dues alone are not enough to support our temple (or any other.)  They don't cover all of our essential, fast-rising operating expenses, much less the myriad of programs and support services we provide.  A very significant portion of Beth El Hebrew Congregation's annual operating funds is dependent upon our members' positive response to the High Holiday Appeal.
