Dairy Selections
A basic dairy menu is available with options for smoked salmon or other smoked fish.

Beef, Poultry, and Fish Menus
Entrees available include Filet Mignon, Baked Salmon, Chicken Wellington, Chicken Marsala, Filet Mignon & Salmon combination. Entrees are usually served with two vegetables, dinner rolls, a salad, dessert, and beverages.

Kosher-style Cold Cut Menu
Extra cost substitutes on salads, vegetables, bread, and desserts.

Children's Menu
Entrees available include chicken tenders, hamburgers, pizza, pasta, or lasgna served buffet-style.
